The standard edition of AI Agents & Human Responsibility covers personal use and your own internal team. This licence extends that permission so you can reproduce and distribute the workbook to participants in training you deliver — including external clients, learners and other organisations.

What the licence permits

• Print and distribute copies to participants in workshops, courses and training sessions you deliver
• Use with external clients, learners and member organisations, not only your own staff
• Use across multiple sessions and cohorts, with no per-participant fee
• Use the workbook as a participant handout alongside your own facilitation

What it does not permit

• Reselling the workbook, or supplying it as a standalone product
• Uploading it to a public website, learning platform or file-sharing service
• Editing the content or presenting it as your own work
• Sub-licensing to other trainers or organisations

• A written facilitator licence naming you or your organisation, issued by email after purchase

What is inside the workbook

The PAUSE Framework — Purpose, Access, Understand, Supervise, Evaluate — with a worksheet for each step. The AI Risk Traffic Light for sorting tasks by required oversight. Three decision checklists covering access, output and action. The ACTION check for consequential decisions. Four workplace scenarios. A Team AI Action Plan and a one-page quick reference designed for display.

Designed to be facilitated

The worksheets are built for a room. Participants complete a PAUSE review for a task they already perform at work, which turns an abstract policy conversation into something concrete. The quick reference gives teams something to keep after the session ends.
