These terms apply to purchases from Unlock Futures, operated by Skills Forward Pty Ltd (ABN 81 686 531 484), Victoria, Australia.

What you're buying

Unlock Futures sells digital educational products — workbooks, courses, templates and guides. These are delivered as downloads or online access after payment. No physical goods are shipped.

Your licence

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning. You may print a copy for your own use.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload or publish our materials, or use them to deliver training to others, without written permission. Copyright in all materials remains with Skills Forward Pty Ltd.

If you'd like to use our materials with a class, team or organisation, email skillsforward@unlockfutures.com.au — we're glad to discuss licensing.

Educational purpose only

Our financial and stock market materials are educational. They are general information only and do not take account of your objectives, financial situation or needs. Payment and delivery

Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Access or download links are provided immediately after successful payment. If you don't receive access, email skillsforward@unlockfutures.com.au.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve or withdraw products over time. Where a product you've purchased is updated, we'll usually provide access to the revised version.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
